Ronald J “Duke” Bewley, 67, of Russellville, passed away Friday, May 1, 2015, at his home. He was born February 6, 1948, in Russellville, son of J M and Gladys Barham Bewley. He was a graduate of Hector High School where he excelled in basketball and baseball. He worked 30 years as an auto parts salesman, and was a lifetime member of the Caglesville Community Church. He served on the Hector School Board from 1980 - 1985, and was a 32nd degree Mason. His hobbies included hunting and fishing, and he was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Kevin Bewley.He is survived by son, J Patrick Bewley, of Georgia; 3 grandchildren; and many close friends.
