Floy "Dee" Young, also known as "Grandma D", age 74, of Malvern was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 8, 1940, in Union City, Oklahoma. She married Reece Young on March 16, 1956. She was a homemaker and was loved by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by Reece Young and their children, Lorrie Williams (Tommy) of Malvern, Susan Holmes (Ernie) of Malvern, Robert Young (Rene') of Florence, Colorado and Michelle Young of Malvern; grandchildren, T. W. Smith (Ashley), Michael Sparks (Jessica), Karly Williams (Bobby), Tara Burnett, Courtney Smith, Dylan Williams (Brandi), Darbi Burnett, Nick Williams, Hannah Burnett and Megan Young; brothers Larry Tate and Mickey Tate; sister, Jackie Tate. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 29 at 2:00pm at Church of Faith, 923 Wilson Street in Malvern, with Brother Scott Efird officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be T. W. Smith, Michael Sparks, Dylan Williams, Nick Williams, Tommy Williams and Paul Burnett.
