Married Benjamin Taylor Harris, (1873 – 1933) November 11, 1894 Baptist Church Springfield Arkansas. She married the tall and handsome Benjamin Taylor Harris. After her husband's death she moved into a house on 501 Midland with Aunt Myra Bell Harris, and Grandmother, Ethna May Harris Walker.

She painted oil paintings and decorated china; she liked to sip tea at 4 o’clock she always poured milk in her saucer to cool. She ate scones that came with adorable jars of Devonshire cream, and lemon curd, and tea cakes. Her Favorite color was purple and lavender all her china was painted by grandmother in purple and lavender. She grew Lavender and Basil, and other herbs in her garden.
