WEST FORK — Henry Cecil "Cotton" Cantrell, 74, of West Fork died Jan. 20, 2006, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 9, 1931, at Prairie Grove to Henry Roby and Bessie May Keck Cantrell. He was self-employed, working with heavy equipment, carpentry and as a home builder. A former mayor of West Fork, he served in the Army and Air Force and was a member of the American Legion. He retired from the West Fork School System after 17 years as a maintenance supervisor. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, a 32nd-degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rites.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Cantrell, of the home; a son, C. Douglas Cantrell and wife Lori D. of West Fork; four daughters, Debra K. Wilson and husband David R. of Hogeye, Donna E. Cantrell of Stillwater, Okla., Delores Jean Johnston and husband Herbie S. of Norwood, Mo., Denise R. Channel and husband Chris C. of Springdale; a sister, Peggy B. Cantrell of Knoxville, Tenn.; five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the New Sulphur Free Will Baptist Church near Prairie Grove with Glen Faulkner officiating. Burial will follow at the Bug Scuffle Cemetery near Strickler. Arrangements are by Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.
Pallbearers will be Doyle Baker, Harley Prater, Jack Cunningham, David Wilson, Herbie Johnston, Chris Channel, Tince Bartholomew and Bud Baker.
Honorary pallbearers will be Omar Hodges, Mitch McCorkle, Jim Cornelius, Butch Bartholomew, Melvin Skelton, Sam Caudle, David Fochtman, Clarence Duncan, Darius Mullins, Buford Baker and the coffee shop crew.
Visitation will be from 2 until 4 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel.
Memorials may go to a memorial fund to be established at the West Folk Public School.

WEST FORK — Mary Jane Cantrell, 69, of West Fork died March 11, 2006, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born April 3, 1936, in Winslow to Grace Ann Manning and William Henry Donaldson. She attended Winslow School, was a homemaker and a former employee of the West Fork schools, Fayetteville City Hospital and Kearney Electric. She enjoyed cooking, collecting recipes and camping and was a Razorback fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Cotton" Cantrell.
Survivors include one son, C. Douglas Cantrell and wife Lori of West Fork; four daughters, Debra Wilson and husband David of Hogeye, Donna Cantrell of Stillwatar, Okla., Delores Jean Johnston and husband Herbie of Norwood, Mo., and Denise Channel and husband Chris of Springdale; two sisters, Betty Lois Courtney and Shirley Jean Nesbitt; five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in Bug Scuffle Cemetery at Strickler.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Cotton and Mary Jane Cantrell Memorial Fund, c/o the West Fork Public Schools, 359 School Ave, West Fork, 72774.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Cantrell, Clay Quinton, Herbie Johnston, Chris Channel, Dave Wilson, Tyler Dewitt, Randall Denzer and Randy Jarnigan.
Honorary pallbearers will be Doyle Baker, Jack Cunningham, Harley Prater, Buford Baker, Omer Hodges and Bud Baker.
