Batesville Guard
Kristina Camille Tipton, age 19, of Batesville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Born on February 7, 1988 in Batesville, she was the daughter of Chuck Tipton and Pamela Lee Tipton. She was a 2006 Honor Graduate of Batesville High School, a sophomore at UACCB, an employee of Sonic and Lakeside Motors and was of the Freewill Baptist Church faith.
Survivors include her parents, Chuck and Pamela Lee Tipton of Batesville; a brother, Brannen Storm Tipton of Batesville; grandparents, Edward and Carolyn Lee of Batesville; great grandparents, Louise McDaniel of Thida; aunts and uncles, Tammy Lee and Gary Fowler of Ash Flat, Randy and Deanna Tipton of Searcy, Marty Tipton of Batesville; great aunts and uncles, Betty and Justin Burge of Batesville, Ervin Jr. and Ruth McDaniel of Bald Knob, Jimmy McDaniel of Maple Springs, Lou and Don Harwood of Thida, Sharon Jones Martin of Batesville, Deborah and Joe Young of Salado, Roger and Johnna McDaniel of Thida and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Johnny and Donna Tipton and her great grandfather, Ervin McDaniel.
Services are Saturday, September 15, 2:00 p.m., at the First Freewill Baptist Church on Brooks St. in Batesville with Bobby Shepherd and Justin Burge officiating. Burial will be in the Alderbrook Cemetery under the direction of Willis-Hays Funeral Service of Batesville.
Pallbearers are Randy Tipton, Marty Tipton, Brandon Ward, Cameron Ward, Alan Cockrill and Clint Walls. Honorary pallbearers are Jonathan Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Johnny Wigington, Gary Fowler, Roger McDaniel and Terry Marshall, Jr.
Visitation is Friday evening from 5-8 p.m.
