LOWELL — Andrew Luanglathay, 58, of Lowell, Ark., passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, in Fresno, Calif. He was born Jan. 1, 1955, in Thakhek, Laos, to Sykhouane and Soukone Luanglathay.
He is survived by his mother, Soukone Luanglathay of Lowell, Ark.; wife, Keomany Luanglathay; one son, Nimithpangna Luanglathay; two daughters, Darasavanh Luanglathay, Phanthanousith Luanglathay; one brother, Sangouane Luanglathay of Springdale, Ark.; one sister, Keothaviphone Niravanh of Lowell, Ark.; one granddaughter, Brooklyn Keomanivong; and one grandson, Maximus Keornanivong.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 23, in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
