Mrs. Mary E. Pitcock, aged seventy-seven years, died of a complication of diseases on February 23rd at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G.W. Lancaster, at Ketchum, Okla. Burial was made in the Word cemetery, southwest of Gravette, last Wednesday. Besides Mrs. Lancaster she leaves another daughter, Mrs. A. Hays of Decatur and a son, A.F. Pitcock of Bentonville.

Mrs. Mary E. Pitcock died Feb. 23 at Ketchum, Okla. at the home of her son-in-law, Geo. Lancaster, who accompanied the body here for burial Wednesday. A son, Arthur, of Bentonville was also present. Mrs. Pitcock, with her husband, John, now deceased, were citizens of Spavinaw country several years ago and are well known to our early citizens.
