LINCOLN — Darlene Karen Vest, 63, of Lincoln died April 27, 2006, at her home. She was born Jan. 3, 1943, in Wichita, Kan., to Leroy and Edith Gier Craig. She moved to Arkansas in the 1970s from Kansas. She worked for Razorback Linen, Bill Kelly Egg Farm and George's Processing Plant. Her interests included cooking, music, camping and fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles David Vest.
Survivors include four daughters, Leshia Holcomb, LaWanda Hall, Sherry Sanchez and Sandra Murguiasoto, all of Lincoln; two brothers, Ronnie Craig of Summers and Carl Craig of Farmington; two sisters, Jean Wise of Westville, Okla., and Carol Miller of Summers; 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, online at www.luginbuel.com. Chris Harrison and B.J. Latta will officiate. Burial will be in Rhea Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Sameley, Jose Saldana, Bobby Shreve, Lupy Gomez, Earl Perkins and Andres Hernandez. Visitation will be 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Luginbuel.
