David Wayne Ralph, 65, of Proctor, Arkansas passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013 at his home. Mr. Ralph was born September 26, 1947 in Twist, Arkansas to Mr. and Mrs. James Roy Ralph and Viola Brown Ralph.

Mr. Ralph was an auto body technician, a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Chatfield, Arkansas, Vice President and Co-Founder of “Faith On The Move” Truck Stop Ministry and the Chaplain of the Proctor Volunteer Fire Department.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Ralph is survived by his wife, Ruth Ralph; three sons: David Wayne Ralph Jr., Bradley Nicholas Ralph and Dwayne Creekmore, all of Proctor, Arkansas; a daughter, Mary Ann Lee of Memphis, Tennessee; six grandchildren: Julia, Olivia, Tynan, Jacob, Kaya and Lilly; a sister, Peggy Nicola of California; a brother, Roy Ralph of New Mexico; as well as many friends and numerous other children who called him “Pepaw”.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 9, 2013 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, Arkansas, from 6:00-8:00 PM. Services will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Crossroads Baptist Church in Chatfield, Arkansas starting at 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Dry Creek Cemetery in Lynn, Arkansas.
