Obituary:
Mr. Darel Swann, 84, of Augusta died Thursday, August 05, 2010 at Searcy. He was born June 17, 1926 at Jackson County, the son of Edward Andrew and Della (Willis) Swann.
Mr. Swann was a retired propane gas dealer, and a United States Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mille Elizabeth (Cossey) Swann; two sons, Steven Charles Swann and Robert Leon Swann; four brothers, Norman, Fred, Lonnie, and Sam Swann; and two sisters, Bertha Hopkins and Bessie Baxter.
Mr. Swann is survived by one sister, Emma Lee Wallace; and several nieces and nephews.
