Obituary
Dovie Lea Campbell Stroud, age 84, of Mayflower, formerly of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, March 19, 2010. She was born April 23, 1925, in Jerusalem, Arkansas, a daughter of John Alfred Campbell and Nora E. Kincannon Campbell. She was a homemaker, lifelong member of the Church of Christ, and the widow of Charles Wesley Stroud Sr.
Survivors include her son Phillip L. Stroud of Mayflower; daughters, Betty Clark of Denton, Texas, and Paula Brown of Dayton, Ohio; ten grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who touched everyone's heart that she met. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mayflower Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, at Robertstown Cemetery with Adam Epps officiating. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
