Albert Honeycutt was born in Alabama. He was the son of John and Cady Watson Honeycutt. Albert married Rebecca E. Mounk in Mississippi in 1850 but she died in 1855 after they had moved to Union Parish, Louisiana near Downsville. He then married Elizabeth Jane Anderson in 1857 in Union Parish, Louisiana. They moved their family to Deann, Hempstead County, Arkansas in 1870 where they lived the remainder of their lives. Elizabeth Jane Anderson Honeycutt was born in Greene County, Alabama. She was the daughter of John and Celia Ceal Anderson.
