POMONA, Mo. — Faye Kathryn Flaucher, 69, of Pomona died March 27, 2002, at Mountain View, Mo. She was born Aug. 31, 1932, in Harmon to Melvin Cecil and Kathrine Parker Hellyer. She was a former bookkeeper in California and raised and sold exotic birds. She was a member of the Missouri Cage Bird Association and the St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Mont. She was a Baptist. Her husband, Eugene Paul Flaucher, died March 8, 1998.
Survivors include two daughters, Bridget Hogan and husband Dave of Long Beach, Calif., and Susan Flaucher-McDowell and husband Ron of White Church, Mo,; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her stepmother, Helen Hanrahan of Springdale; one brother, William Cecil Hellyer of Milliken, Colo.; one sister, Esther Wells of West Plains, Mo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Rose Chapel in Robertson-Drago Funeral Home in West Plains, Mo.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at White Oak Cemetery in Tontitown.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the White Oak Cemetery, c/o Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main, West Plains, Mo. 65775.
