Jim Wyckoff

Jim Wyckoff, age 79, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at his home.

He was born in Denver, Colorado on November 18, 1935 to the late Virgil Leslie and Violet Ruth (Miller) Wyckoff. He had been employed as a greeter at Wal-Mart. Jim moved to the area in 1996, coming here from Wichita, Kansas. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Mr. Wyckoff is survived by his wife, Anita of the home; a son, Scott Wyckoff of Denver, Colorado; a stepson, Don Zieammermann of Flippin, Arkansas; a daughter, Sue Gandy of Oklahoma; two stepdaughters: Lynda Schatz of Denver, Colorado; and Paula Forrester of Yellville; three sisters: Minnie Mae Byrd; and Geraldine Fazell, both of Denver, Colorado; and Dee Wood of Phoenix, Arizona; fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Lee Wyckoff; one daughter, Cheryl Zieammermann; a stepson, Daniel Pennypacker; and two grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 21, 2014, at Burns Funeral Home Chapel in Yellville, Arkansas with Ron Woolsey officiating.

Interment will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Yellville.

Pallbearers will be Don Zieammermann, Leo Ajami, Josh Supondi, Michael Adkins, Mark DuFresne, and Alden Forrester.
