JC Hall

JC Hall age 74, of Yellville, passed away Sunday January 31, 2010 in Mountain Home.

He was born in Yellville on December 23, 1935 to Clarence W. and Ruby Ott Hall. He and Flora moved back here in 1980 from California.

He worked as a carpenter in California and retired from the MarBax Shirt Factory. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Yellville; he enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Fun Bunch Bowling League at Driftwood Lanes in Mountain Home. He had previously coached and umpired baseball, and served as Vice-President of the Little League in Sunland, California.

He is survived by his wife, Flora (Hudspeth) Hall of the home, one son, Ricky Lynn Hall of Sunland, California, and two sisters, Sue Moreau of Yellville, and Georgia Lee Powell of Lead Hill. He was preceded in death by a brother R.L. Hall

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 Tuesday February 2, 2010. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday February 3, 2010 at Burns Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Jackson officiating and eulogy provided by Kenford Carter and Kenny Marberry. Interment will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Dale Powell, Billy Moreau, Terry Powell, Rob Pugsley, Greg Horton, and William Gutierrez.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Lynn Hall, C.L. Ott, Bobby Ott, Dwight Ott, Kenneth Powell, Randy Hall, H.C. Hall, Shorty Beaver, James Casey, Dr. Shawn Bogle, Dr. Robert Ahrens, Home Health Nurses, Baxter Regional Hospital 3rd floor staff, Hospice of the Ozarks Nurses and staff and CARTI.

Memorials may be made to Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, c/o Fred Burrow, 4727 Highway 14 S., Yellville, AR 72687.
