Lavina Madeline Lewis, 80, of Greenbrier, died November 21, 2012.
She was born May 11, 1932, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Leonard and Servia Nixon.
Mrs. Lewis was a member of Trinity Faith Tabernacle.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and two husbands, Raymond Smalley and Vernon Lewis.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Smalley (Mary) of Utah, Mark Smalley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Daniel Smalley (Libby) of Greenbrier, Donald Dean of Kansas City, Missouri; daughters, Penny MacInnes of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lea Sessions (Mel) of Fenton, Missouri, Marie Barnes (Orbin) of Greenbrier, Nancy Higgs of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Renee Darrows (Mike) of Henrietta, Oklahoma, and Deanna Wilkinson (Irving) of Kentucky. Other survivors include a brother, Leonard Nixon of Mollala, Oregon; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, November 30, 2012, at Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Bishop-Griffin Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Bob Robinson officiating.
Burial will follow in Thorn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Smalley, Mark Smalley, Orbin Barnes, Fount Barnes, James Schwarz and David Whitetree.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ms. Lewis memory to Trinity Faith Tabernacle. .
