Maxine Edna Reynolds, age 87, of Norfork, Arkansas passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015, in Calico Rock, Arkansas. She was born May 28, 1928, in Big Flat, Arkansas to Joe and Callie (Sutterfield) Sisk.
Mrs. Reynolds married James A. “Fireball” Reynolds April 12, 1946, in Norfork, Arkansas. She was a charter member of the Lone Rock Baptist Church, VFW Auxiliary Post 7730 of Calico Rock, Wolf House Committee, former volunteer for Norfork Food Bank and Thrift Store, Order of the Eastern Star Swope Park Chapter 520 and D.A.V. Auxiliary Post 30 of Mountain Home.
Mrs. Reynolds is survived by two daughters Brenda Logan and husband Michael and Kelsa “Kay” Reynolds all of Norfork, two sisters Eddie Mae Alexander and Velma Whitfield both of Norfork, one granddaughter Kim Shellhouse and husband David of Longwood, Florida and two great grandchildren Macey and Carter James Shellhouse. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a great grandson, six brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015, in Galatia Cemetery with Brother Doug Huskey officiating. Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lone Rock Baptist Church Benevolence Fund c/o Lynn Rand, 2453 Rodney Road, Jordan, Arkansas 72519.
