Obituary
Patsy Maxine Watkins Mannis, age 63, of Pine Bluff, died Monday, August 13, 2012.
She was born August 24, 1948 at DeWitt, a daughter of Mrs. Dorothy Watkins Gladden of Pine Bluff and the late Leonard Watkins.
She married the love of her life, William Dale Mannis on April 5, 1965, and they enjoyed 32 years together raising their family.
Mrs. Mannis lived in Hearne, TX for many years and was a member of the Church of the First Born.
Predeceasing her are her husband; her father; a sister Dorothy-Ann Watkins; a granddaughter, Morgan Mannis; and a daughter-in-law, Misty Mannis.
In addition to her mother, survivors include two sons, Jimmy Mannis of DeWitt and Jason Mannis of Pine Bluff; two daughters, Janice (James) Cotten and Julie (Andrew) Mannis, all of Hearne, TX; four grandchildren, Corbin Mannis, Mackenzie Mannis, Angela Simmons, and Spencer Mannis; four brothers, David (Evon) Watkins and Billy (Betty) Watkins, all of Pine Bluff, Terry Watkins of DeWitt, and Alvin Watkins of Mesa, AZ; four sisters, Carolyn (Sonny) Young of Pine Bluff, Karen (John) Lauderdale of North Little Rock, Sharon (Jerry) Holden of Joy, AR, and Deanna Kagebein of DeWitt; along with a host of loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel in Pine Bluff with Howard Mannis and Kip Payton officiating. Graveside services will follow at 5:00 p.m. in Thompson Cemetery near DeWitt.
