Fayetteville, April 6.- With the death list standing at three Friday night, two other victims of the tornado that wiped out the community of Beaty Wednesday were brought to a hospital here late Friday for medical attention. The injured are: Mrs. J.E. Kerr and her 17 year old daughter, Ruth Kerr. Mrs. Kerr's condition is not considered serious but her daughter suffered several broken bones. Her condition is believed to be serious. Both were cared for at a private home in Lincoln until their removal to the hospital here. The death list of the storm mounted to three Friday with the death of Marion Spears and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Payne. Mr. Spears, who was 55 years old, died at a local hospital shortly after midnight Friday morning and Mrs. Payne died at Lincoln at 8:20 o'clock Friday morning. Mrs. Payne was 83 years old.
