Obituary
James D. King, 84, of Conway died Monday (Feb. 1, 1999) at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

Born Jan. 22, 1915, in Conway, a son of James Daniel and Ester Allen King, he was a retired depot agent for Missouri-Pacific Railroad and a widower. He was also a member of Green Grove Lodge 107, the Railroad Retirees Association and Pickles Gap Baptist Church.

Survivors are two sons, Jim Bill King of Conway and Joe D. King of Greenbrier; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Pickles Gap Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles McDonald and the Rev. John Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Steve Plant, Jim May, Howard "Bear" Chandler, Ed Ward, Travis Acklin and Billy Hightower.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home.
