William Owens “Wild Bill” Stacks 46 of Conway died Sat. Jan. 2, 2009. Born April 3, 1963. He was preceded in death by his son Wesley Owen Stacks and his adoptive parents Milburn and Faye Stacks of Alexander and his aunt Sharon Morgan
Survivors include his daughter Elisha Diane Stacks Smith and husband Eric of Conway; four grandchildren; his father William White; sisters Phyllis Fulmer and Patricia Barnes; brothers Steve White and Don Stacks.
A memorial service will be held at Vilonia Baptist Fellowship Church, Hwy 64, at 6 pm on Tues. Jan. 5.
