Mrs. Dee Elliott Turner, 62, of Stephens, died Tuesday in a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Stephens, a lifelong resident of Ouachita County, and a Methodist. Mrs. Turner is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Guy R. Smith of Stephens; one son, John David Turner of Stephens; two brothers, John L. Wilson of Camden and Graham Wilson of Henderson, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Bessie McDonald of Dallas, Texas, her father, David E. Wilson of Stephens and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 AM at the First Methodist Church of Stephens, with burial in the church cemetery. Proctors is in charge of arrangements.
