FAYETTEVILLE — Joseph Matthew Snodgrass Hoffman, infant son of Harley Hoffman and Tiffany Snodgrass, was born and died April 6, 2006, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
Survivors include his parents of Fayetteville; his maternal grandparents, Mark and Elaina Snodgrass; maternal great-grandparents, Glen and Barbara Snodgrass; maternal great-great-grandmother, Lillian Snodgrass; paternal grandparents, Harley and Lisa Hoffman; paternal great-grandmother, Carol Weaver.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m today at White Oak Cemetery in the Harmon community with the Rev. Stewart Bell officiating.
Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home in Springdale.
