Garland Milton McFarlin, 59, died Wednesday at an El Dorado hospital. He was a native of Texas, a member of the Church of Christ, and a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Alma Taylor McFarlin, one sister, Myrtle Teague of Waco, Texas; two brothers, Rufus and Gerald McFarlin of Seminole, Okla. Funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Stephens with burial in the Stephens Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Proctor's Funeral Home until funeral time.
