Louise Lemley Turner, 89, of Atkins, died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, in Morrilton. She was born April 13, 1921, to W.C. and Georgia Crowder Lemley in Appleton, Arkansas, and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Turner; and brother, D.L. Lemley.
She was a fifty year member of the Home Extension Service, and a lifelong member and longtime Sunday School teacher at Blackwell Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Jim and wife Gail Turner of Atkins, Garry Lee Turner of Kenwood, and Mike Lemley and wife Sharon Turner of Hattieville; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Dwight Scott officiating. Burial will be at Atkins City Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Lemley Funeral Service in Atkins.
Pallbearers are Paul Turner, William Turner, Jamie Turner, Robert Stobaugh, Mark Hubbard and Don Mersiovsky.
