Stephens, Ark. - Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Ankrom, age 71, long time resident of Stephens, were held at the Methodist Church Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. W. R. Boyd of Magnolia and the Rev. Alfred Doss of Stephens in charge. Mrs. Ankrom had been in ill health for several months and had gone to Magnolia to be cared for by a niece, Mrs. J. E. Turner, at whose home she died Saturday morning November 6. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Anna Patrick of Los Angeles, California; three nieces, Mrs. Vivian Andres of Hope, Miss Susana Sage of Blevins, and Mrs. Turner; three nephews, Jim McCaskell of Lewisville, Fay McCaskill of Detroit, Michigan, and Horace Patrick of Los Angeles.
