Marian Sue Peters, 85, of Vilonia (formerly of Conway), passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Conway Regional Medical Center. She was born in Conway on Wednesday, August 1, 1928, to the late Millard Filmore and Bessie Viola (Lind) Higgs.

Mrs. Peters retired from Kimberly Clark – Conway Mills after twenty years of service.

Sue is survived by her two sons, David Peters (Ann) of Conway; Robert “Bob” Peters (Tammy) of Greers Ferry; three grandchildren, Leslie Peters Hardiman of Plumerville, Amanda Furgerson (Jason) of Vilonia and Shane Peters (Amber) of Greers Ferry; one great-grandson, Eli Furgerson of Vilonia; sister, Kitty "Billie" Gore and one sister-in-law, Nell Hall of Conway.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles David Peters; brother, Thomas Higgs; four sisters, Helen, Florence, Margaret, and Edna.

The family will receive visitors from 2:00 ~ 3:00p.m., Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Services will follow at 3:00p.m., in the chapel of Roller-McNutt Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Ingram officiating. Burial will follow in Hartje Cemetery at Nutter’s Chapel.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the charity of your choice.
The family is grateful for the care given to Marian Sue Peters by the staff of St. Andrews Nursing Home and by the doctors and nurses on the third floor of Conway Regional Hospital.

Pallbearers will be Shane Peters, Jason Furgerson, Garry Glover, Fayburn Riggins, Danny Reed, Milburn Adams and Ronnie Jones
