Arrangements will be announced by House-Gregg Funeral Home of Lynn.

STRAWBERRY -- Funeral services for Ella Mae Oliver, 72, of Strawberry, who died Friday, Jan. 31, at Central Arkansas Hospital in Searcy, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, with Harold Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in Lancaster Cemetery at Strawberry. House-Gregg Funeral Home of Lynn is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Donald Richey, Randy Richey, Ron Richey, Randy Spades, Wesley Miller and Jeff Bingham.

Born in Strawberry, she was retired from White-Rodgers Co. in Batesville was and a member of Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Miles A. Oliver of the home; one daughter, Bobbi Geurin of Strawberry; one son, Ted Oliver of Batesville; her mother, Bertie Kay of Strawberry; and two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Kay.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Miles A. Oliver, 87 of Strawberry passed away January 20, 2014 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born October 23, 1926 in Smithville to Arthur and Noma Foley Oliver. He retired from the Banquet plant in Batesville. He was a Navy Veteran having served in World War II and a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church of Strawberry.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ella Mae Kay Oliver; daughter-in-law, Martha Oliver.

He is survived by son, Ted Oliver (Donna) of Batesville; daughter, Bobbie Sue Geurin (Ralph) of Strawberry; brothers, Jimmy, Glenn, Billy, Kenneth and Jerry Oliver; sisters, Inez Williams, Shirley Dearman, Mary Nunnally, Patsy Barker and Barbara Brannon; granddaughters, Brandi Miller (Wesley) of Jonesboro and Amanda Johnson (Chad) of Little Rock; grandson, Randy Spades (Charlette) of Jonesboro; great-grandchildren, Evan, Savannah and William; and special friend, Melba Richey of Lynn.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at Old Jerusalem Church in Strawberry with Roger Randolph officiating under the direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge and Lynn.
