BELLA VISTA — Rebekah Ellen Wolter, age 65, of Bella Vista, passed away July 10, 2012, in Bentonville. Becky was born June 12, 1947, in Electra, Texas, to parents James Edwin Totten and Sarah Blanche Tipton Totten.

She worked for many years as a medical secretary and lived in the Dallas area for around 40 years. Becky retired to Bella Vista, Ark., about nine years ago. She was a member of the Southern Baptist denomination, enjoyed cooking and crocheting, and had a beautiful singing voice.

Becky was preceded in death by her father, James Edwin Totten.

She is survived by her lifelong companion, Pat Wolter of Bella Vista; mother, Sarah Totten of Bella Vista; stepson, Robert Brian Wolter and wife, Kim, of Dallas; brother, James Edwin Totten Jr. and wife, Sandy, of Tacoma, Wash.; sister, Sarah Margaret Coltharp and husband, Douglas, of Italy; grandson, Aaron Wolter of Balch Springs, Texas; nephew, Jeffrey Coltharp and his wife from Krakow, Poland; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services are set for 4 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012, at the Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at the Bentonville City Cemetery.

The family will receive guests at the funeral home on today from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
