ROGERS — Henry L. Schroeder, age 75, of Rogers, died Aug. 29, 2010, in Bentonville, Ark. He was born Aug. 3, 1935, in Woodstock, Ill., to the late Henry and Lillian Bachus Schroeder.
He served three years in the United States Army. He enjoyed playing pickleball and badminton in Senior Olympic games.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Schroeder of Rogers; a son, Mike and wife Lisa Schroeder of Rogers, Ark.; a daughter, Kathy Schroeder of Rogers, Ark.; a sister, Frances Northcutt of Rogers, Ark.; a brother, William Schroeder of Woodstock, Ill.; a grandson, Matthew.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1 at the Bentonville City Cemetery in Bentonville. Lisa Schroeder and Brian Timmons will officiate the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to Circle of Life Hospice-Legacy at 900 N.E. Vardent St. in Bentonville, Ark.
Services are under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
