Mrs. M.R. Mock, said to have been the oldest woman in Washington county, died at the home in Prairie Grove Monday night, July 28th at the age of 99. Had she lived till next April she would have reached the century mark. She came to Washington County with her husband, John Mock, and had been a resident of Prairie Grove community for 79 years. She leaves five children, 23 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
