Prairie Grove — Mrs. Emma C. West, 95, formerly of Prairie Grove, died in a Fort Smith nursing home Saturday. She was born June 12, 1871 in Fayetteville, and was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. R. C. Elliott of Salt Lake City, Utah; one sister, Mrs. May Black of Sacramento, Calif.; two step-daughters; two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Methodist Church of Prairie Grove with burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery under direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
