PRAIRIE GROVE — Amber Lee Kell, 49, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away Nov. 18, 2013, in Fayetteville. She was born Feb. 15, 1964, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Ronald Blake and Kay Lynn Starr.
Survivors include six children, Kerri Byrd and husband, James, Jocelyn Forest, Leslie Richardson and husband, Austin, Joshua Reynolds, Jourdine Kell and Gia Starr; her mother and father, Kay Starr and Ronald Starr; three brothers, Tony Starr and wife, Barbara, Jason Starr and wife, Jackie, and Robert Phipps and wife, Sylvia; one sister, Angela Beauchamp and husband, Alan; five grandchildren, Ayla Honsinger, Adrian Richardson, Tryston Howell, Michael Byrd and Brayden Richardson; one uncle, Barclay Cates; five nieces, Starr Beauchamp, Chelsy Wyatt, Amy Thorson, Melissa Greening and Crystal Dersam; four nephews, Angelo Beauchamp, Jeremy Clark, Robbie Warren and James Alan Beauchamp.
Memorial service will he held Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, 11 a.m. at the Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery; there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
