SPRINGDALE — Jack Waldon Curtsinger, 79, a resident of Springdale went to be with his Lord on June 6, 2012, at his home. He was born July 15, 1932, near Mountain Park, Okla., the son of Jess and Katie Kaufman Curtsinger.
Jack served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Betty Leah; one son, Michael Glenn Curtsinger; five brothers, Ray, Bryce, Glenn, Henry and Dee.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Loretta Curtsinger; three daughters, Beverly Copeland and her husband, Greg, of Prairie Grove, Jacque Long and her husband, Bob, of Sallisaw, Okla., and Paige Langley and her husband, Dale, of Chattanooga, Tenn.; one son, Kevin Franklin and his wife, Brenda, of Rogers; one brother, J.B. Curtsinger and his wife, Jean, of West Fork; seven grandchildren, Casey Copeland, Amy Copeland, Kelley Billbe, Justin Brown, Kristin Langley, Blake Langley, and Bailey Franklin; nine great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6-7 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, with Gene Fulcher officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery.
