Timothy Wayne Davis, 48, of El Reno, Oklahoma, died, Sunday, April 20, 2014 in Oklahoma. He was driving his 2002 Ford SUV at about 8:04 a.m. when his front passenger-side tire blew, causing the SUV to go off the roadway and strike two trees off of a stretch of Sequoyah County interstate.
He was born November 16, 1965 in Ozark, Arkansas to Jerry and Aileen West Davis.
He was owner and operator of Davis Construction and demolition. He was a member of Altus First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Jerry Davis, Jr.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Altus First Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Hughes officiating with burial at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
He is survived by his mother and one brother, Kevin Davis of Altus, Arkansas.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 W. Commercial in Ozark
Pallbearers will be Eric and C.J. West, Brian Williams, Sam Morse, Brandon Bowen and Wesley Davis. Honorary will be Wallace, Gary and Clint West, Aubrey Bowen, Eddie Williams and Aubrey Bowen, Jr.

Kevin W. Davis 43, of Altus, Arkansas, died Friday, June 6, 2014, in Ozark.
He was born November 24, 1970 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Jerry and Aileen West Davis.
He formerly worked at Schlumberger. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus.
He was preceded by his father and two brothers, Jerry Davis, Jr. and Timothy Davis.
He is survived by his mother Aileen Davis of Altus, Arkansas, and son Gavin Davis of Ringwood,OK.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial in Ozark.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, June 9, 2014, at First Baptist Church in Altus and burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
