Charles Warren Neal, 79, of Springdale died Friday, Sept. 9, 2005, at his home. He was born Nov. 19, 1925, in Springdale to Henry and Betty Angel Neal.

He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Elmdale Baptist Church in Springdale. He was an avid Atlanta Braves and Arkansas Razorback fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Connie Long.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, June Neal of the home; one son, Paul Neal and wife Teresa of Springdale; one daughter, Carolyn Teague of Springdale; one brother, Lewis Neal and wife Lorene of Springdale; six grandchildren, Brenda Yandell and husband Jay of Fayetteville, Jason Teague and wife Jennifer of Fayetteville, Amanda Neal of Springdale, Jenny Stewart and husband Ryan of Springdale, Samantha Neal of Springdale, and Hannah Neal of Springdale; three great-grandchildren, Tucker, Preston and Delaney.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at the White Oak Cemetery with the Rev. Jeff Rhoades, the Rev. Tom Shaw and Elder Lewis Neal officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Jason Teague, Jay Yandell, Rick Neal, Danny Neal, Adolph Zulpo and Bob Long.

Heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Tim Counce and Dr. Burton Bledsoe for their kindness and care.
