Obituary
James Jefferson Holmes, Jr., age 94, of Searcy, Arkansas died March 30, 2010 at White County Medical Center. He was born October 21, 1915 in Des Arc to James and Pearl (Neighbors) Holmes, Sr. Jeff was in business in Des Arc until moving to Houston, Texas in 1970. He returned to Searcy in 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter Sherry Holmes Coburn. Survivors include his wife Eloise (Boatman) Holmes, one granddaughter Monti Coburn, one great granddaughter Micah Petty, two great grandsons Julian Mosher, Autry White, one sister Mary Lee Hayley. Graveside services will be 2:00 P M Saturday April 3, 2010 at Lakeside Cemetery.
