Archie Ray Gaylor, age 82 of Plainview, passed away from this life to his eternal life with the Lord Friday, September 18, 2010 at his sister's home in Little Rock, AR. He was born January 27, 1929 in Ola, AR to the late Earl Wessley and Daisy Lee Lowery Gaylor. He was an Army Veteran, longtime resident of the Kingston Community, Plainview's NAPA business owner and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his sister, Nina Sue Niemeyer of Little Rock, AR; nieces and nephews, Betty Lynn, Karalin Rodgers, Betty "Carol" Crites, Troy McConnell, Carl "Corkey" McConnell and Jimmy McConnell; several other nieces and nephews, a host of friends and his beloved dogs, Lady, Little Dog and Spot.
Graveside service was Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at New Bethel Cemetery in Plainview. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville. (WWW.YellCountyObits.org, Yell County Record, Danville, Arkansas; Obituary was published on Wednesday, September 22, 2010)
