Kenneth Eubanks, 79, of Dardanelle died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at Dardanelle Nursing Center. The son of Claude and Ruby Baley Eubanks, he was born March 30, 1931, in Carden Bottoms. He married Vaughnceile Norris on Nov. 8, 1951, at Centerville. He was a welder with Bibler Lumber Co. He was a good provider for his family and a wonderful dad. He was a member of the National Guard for nine years and the Free Will Baptist Church in Centerville. He enjoyed carpentry, fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Danny Edwin.

He is survived by his wife, Vaughnceile Eubanks of Dardanelle; three daughters, Angela Eubanks of Boise, Idaho, Ellen Rook and husband, Jerry, of Dardanelle, and Lisa Duke and husband, Danny, of Dardanelle; three grandsons, Kyle Russell of Dardanelle, Aron Rook of Dardanelle and Kevin Duke of Dardanelle; and a sister, Lena Sue Geurian of Dardanelle.

A graveside service and burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, at New Bethel Cemetery at Plainview. Denver Robinson will officiate. Arrangements are by Humphrey Funeral Service.
