Joseph F. Tusinger, 74, Siloam Springs, died Oct. 6 in Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. Born Nov. 25, 1903, near Siloam Springs, he was the son of Joseph Edward and Nelle Freeman Tusinger, a lifetime resident of the area and a retired carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Gladys Carhan Tusinger of the home; two sons, Joe Tusinger of Decatur and Halbert Tusinger of Tishomingo, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. Donna Harriston of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Leota Baxter of Spokane, Wash.; one brother, Claude Tusinger of Siloam Springs; two sisters, Mrs. Kate Hayes and Mrs. Edith Brooks of Siloam Springs; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Pyeatte Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, with the Rev. Jack Steele officiating. Burial be in Fairmount Cemetery.
