TYLER, Texas — Debra McAllister, 49, of Tyler, Texas, died Dec. 22, 2014, in Fayetteville.
Survivors: mother, Sandra Rae, father, Ronald Leverson, both of Rogers; two sons, Lance Dixon of California, Joseph McAllister of Illinois; two brothers; one sister.
Burial was at Tucks Chapel Cemetery.
