Sidney Baxter Carper, 47, of Siloam Springs, died Sunday, June 11, 1995, at Northwest Medical Center. Born May 12, 1948, at St. Louis, Mo., the son of Cletis Clark and Burnette Hayes Busby Carper. He was a resident of Siloam Springs for 20 years and a former resident of Tulsa, Okla. He was a night watchman at Cobb-Vantress. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Harvard Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Charlette Kaye Mullin Carper of Siloam Springs; three daughters, Melissa Ruth Osburn of Farmington, Amanda Kaye Carper and Angela Dawn Carper, both of the home; and a sister, Becky Goldon of Tulsa, Okla.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wasson Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dan Crenshaw officiating. Burial will be in Falling Springs Cemetery with funeral services under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wasson Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Harvard Avenue Baptist Church building fund.
