DECATUR — Joshua Ryan Foster, 17, of Decatur died Nov. 21, 2002, at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. He was born July 20, 1985, in Siloam Springs to Earl and Dorothy Russow Foster. He was a senior at Decatur High School and attended Decatur Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his parents of the home; one brother, Bobby Foster of Gravette; two sisters, Melissa Foster of Bella Vista and Kaci Foster of the home; maternal grandmother, Mona Goldman of Decatur.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Decatur Assembly of God with Kirk Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur.
Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital and Benton County Sunshine School in Bentonville.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
