Mrs. Edith Alberta Ratledge, 93, died July 18 in a Conoga Park, Calif., nursing home. The daughter William and Martha Ann Carroll Rickets, she was born Oct. 15, 1881 near Pea Ridge. She spent most of her life in Pea Ridge, Rogers and Bentonville. She was Methodist.
Survivors include one son, William Frank Chambers, Little Rock; two daughters, Mrs. Lereagh Ragan, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Mary Young, Conoga Park; two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in Burns Chapel of Bentonville, Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery with Rev. John Lawson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home.
