ROGERS -- Bessie Ruth Clardy, 76, of Rogers, died Nov. 18, 2003, at Brighton House in Rogers. She was born Jan. 28, 1927, in Garfield to Earl and Bessie O'Brien Green. She was a homemaker, a lifetime resident of the area and was a member of Monte Ne Baptist Church. Her husband, Luther Clardy, died Dec. 9, 1974.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne Clardy and wife Betty of Centerton and Douglas Clardy and wife Mary of Rogers; one daughter, Sandy Pike and husband Monte of Bentonville; one sister, Virginia Green of Rogers; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Rogers with the Rev. Jeff Simpson officiating.
Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
