William Franklin (Frank) Chambers, 62, former resident of Bentonville, died Dec. 10 in the VA Hospital, Little Rock. Born May 24, 1913, at Bentonville, he was the son of Ira Allen and Edith Alberta Ricketts Chambers. He was reared in Bentonville and attended Bentonville schools. He was a sergeant in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was a member of the Carpenters Union in Kansas City, Mo.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Loreah Ragan, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Mary Young, Canoga Park, Calif.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in Burns Funeral Chapel, Bentonville, with the Rev. John Lawson officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Burns.
