Kevin John Cousins, 34, of Rogers, died Friday, Aug. 19, 1994, at St. Mary's-Rogers Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 29, 1959, it Northfield, Minn., a son of Raymond and Doris Jeanette Bergstrom Cousins, he was a Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employee and a member of Charity Southern Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
Survivors are his wife, Luanne Cousins of the home; his parents, Raymond and Doris Cousins of Worthington, Minn.; a son. Alex John Cousins of the home; two daughters, Sarah Cousins and Kathryne Cousins, both of the home: two brothers, Raymond Cousins and Namond Cousins, both of Minnesota; two sisters, Lori Ann Cousins and Jeanette Thomas, both of Sioux Falls, N.D., and his grandmother, Florence Bergstrom.
Funeral is 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Charity Baptist Church in Rogers. Burial is in Rogers Cemetery, under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
