COWEE, Loyal Earl - J.S. Cowee of Lowell was in Rogers Monday and brought word of the death of his oldest son, Loyal Earl Cowee, the night previous. The young man was 38 years old and had always lived at home with his parents. He had suffered from heart trouble for some years but the immediate cause of his death was the flu. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the home and were conducted by Rev. Eli Myers. A sister of the deceased, Mrs. Gladys Alexander, was called home by the illness of her brother and she arrived a day or two before his death.
