Rogers — Arthur Andrew Dean 78, of Route 1, Garfield died Sunday in a Lanigan, Mo. nursing home. He was born July 11, 1886 in Benton County and was a retired farmer and a member of the Brightwater Methodist Church.
Survivors are three sons, Billie, Carl and Harold, all of Pea Ridge; five daughters, Mrs. Inez Farmer, of Kansas City, Mrs. Verble Garrett of Raymond, Wash., Mrs. Nada Dean of Pea Ridge, Mrs. Eva Carden of Springdale and Mrs. Cleva Shell of Garfield, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Dora Moore of Avoca; 24 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was to be at 10 a.m. today at the Callison Chapel with burial in the Rogers Cemetery.
