SPRINGDALE — Toni Eileen Wade, 50, of Springdale, died Monday, March 25, 2013, at Circle of Life Hospice. She was born July 10, 1962, in Pauls Valley, Okla., to John and Lois Eileen Miller Lack.
Toni was devoted to the care or her family. She babysat for many families over the years and volunteered at schools. She enjoyed crocheting and bowling.
She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Wade of the home; a daughter, Destini Wade of Springdale; granddaughter, Kynli Gorder of Springdale; one sister, Birdie Harkey of Springdale; four brothers, Bruce Lack of Enid, Okla., Johnny Lack of Mountain View, Okla., Joe Lack of Dover, Okla., and Gary Lack of Springdale; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 28, at Elm Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.
